Also, I’ve only used the camp cabins ferry but you can call them and they will send anything you need on the ferry and you pay them when you get back to the mainland because as you pointed out they don’t take your credit card info over the phone.

So unspoiled and totally in nature. Quite interesting to read about the winds and unpredictable weather. I’m not sure I would camp, but a day trip into nature is something I’d consider.
