I am not sure why this place 11th arrondissement sounds like D’Aguilar street, LKF, Central Hong Kong! We used to live there when we were in Hong Kong. The place is absolutely great for tourists and nightlife enthusiasts, but the noise and filth are definitely annoying. If I visit Paris in future, will surely check out 11th arrondissement!
