We had a major scam renting a flat which was uninhabitable in Paris. We only stayed there one night as we couldn’t stay there and are asking for a full refund. Would you know where we can report the condition of this flat to Paris authorities?

It was for 10 days so maybe we would have been better off renting an apartment?
