ABU DHABI, 10th October, 2020 (WAM) — In order to ensure a smooth and safe experience for all customers, the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority, ADHA, has affirmed that all customers wishing to visit the Customer Service Centre in Abu Dhabi city must book an appointment in advance through the Authority’s website (adha.gov.ae) or via its application for smart devices.
Out of its keenness to ensure the health and safety of customers and employees and to provide a smooth experience for all, ADHA stresses the importance of committing to the booked appointments and adhering to all protocols and precautionary measures related to COVID-19.
These protocols and measures include presenting a recent negative COVID-19 test, dated less than one month before the date of the visit, and committing to precautionary measures such as physical distancing, wearing a face mask, and downloading and activating the ALHOSN UAE app. Customers will be required to show the appointment confirmation SMS on arriving at the Customer Service Centre.
