Tickets hit the box office Wednesday for Andrew McMahon’s three-night “Drive-In Through a Dream” concert series at Schaumburg’s Boomers Stadium. He will play the Live from the Lot concerts at 6:30 p.m. Friday through Sunday, Oct. 2-4.
McMahon, who got his first taste of national acclaim with Something Corporate when he was relatively fresh out of high school, is on tour celebrating the 15th anniversary of Jack’s Mannequin’s “Everything In Transit.” His set includes a full play-through of that album, plus favorites from Something Corporate and recent hits from Andrew McMahon in the Wilderness.
Seattle-based singer-songwriter Melody Federer joins him on the tour.
Tickets, which go on sale at 10 a.m. Wednesday, are $200-$350 per car (up to six passengers). Social distancing and mask guidelines will be enforced. Boomers Stadium is at 1999 Springinsguth Road, Schaumburg.
