Avoya Travel has introduced Smart Leads within its Live Lead program, a lead distribution system. Smart Leads alerts agencies as to which past clients are most likely to book a vacation next.
Smart Leads use proprietary algorithms to identify likely travelers. Avoya said artificial intelligence ranks past travelers based on a number of factors, like their travel history, booking patterns and future travel credits. It pairs that information with engagement behavior with Avoya’s marketing initiatives.
Agencies who opt into the program will receive Smart Leads daily. Those already using the program “have seen a significant boost in new sales,” Avoya said.
“Travel sellers around the world have been in servicing mode for months and are relying on new bookings now more than ever to ensure their continued success in the leisure travel business,” Steve Hirshan, senior vice president of sales at Avoya, said in a statement. “New clients are hard to find in today’s environment, and many travel advisors are overwhelmed by where to start and how to market to their past client base.”
Smart Leads will help agencies identify and prioritize where to look for new business, Hirshan added.
Opting in to Smart Leads does not carry an extra cost for Avoya agencies.
