Kamala Harris.The Biden campaign said Wednesday night that she will begin her visit in Manchester at a 12 noon Women for Biden GOTV event to urge women to vote early.She is scheduled to be in Durham later in the afternoon to tour Fox Point Oysters, an oyster farm and retailer, to discuss former Vice President Joe Biden and Harris’ “Build Back Better” plan.The Biden campaign says the plan will “help small businesses in New Hampshire recover from the current economic crisis and build back stronger than before.”

WMUR reported Tuesday Dr. Biden will be in the state on Friday, just more than two weeks after she made stops in the state with Douglas Emhoff, husband of Sen. Kamala Harris.
