Do you know someone who has provided a unique and lasting impact on our community during 2020?

The Kentucky Derby Festival has teamed up with Amazon to honor six people in our community who have stepped up during this challenging year through a new program called Community Champions.

Those with the most impactful contributions will receive a $500 Amazon gift card, as well as gifts from the Kentucky Derby Festival and recognition as an Official Kentucky Derby Festival Community Champion.

“2020 has been a year like no other. Through the challenges, we’ve seen champions in all walks of life,” said Matt Gibson, Kentucky Derby Festival president and CEO. “We want to thank those who’ve had a special impact on our community — and we’re asking for the public’s help to nominate those individuals.”
