According to Nguyen Khanh Linh, CEO of Winway, RMIT Vietnam students are well trained to international standards, and are dynamic, creative, and eager to learn.

“Therefore, the Winway-RMIT bilateral cooperation will certainly contribute to diversifying school-business partnerships in line with global education trends. Students will have the opportunity to develop their foreign language skills and accumulate knowledge to become full-fledged employees following their studies. At the same time, WinWay will be able to secure future human resources with a young, confident, ethical, and skilled team from RMIT,” said Linh.

Accordingly, WinWay and RMIT Vietnam will establish a strategic partnership agreement to collaborate towards the goal of training high-quality human resources and organise internships, work-integrated-learning (WIL) activities, business simulation programmes and entrepreneurship projects for both domestic and international students.

Specifically, Winway will provide internship opportunities, build business simulation programmes, and provide high-quality travel and visa services for Vietnamese and international RMIT students.

Otherwise, RMIT Vietnam will facilitate meetings between WinWay and RMIT staff and students, and the two sides will regularly organise seminars on the above strategic cooperation contents.

Currently, many RMIT students have been working as interns at WinWay, gaining practical experiences in the fields of tourism, marketing, media, and events in a company with a respectable track record of organising events for big corporations and government agencies like Ton Hoa Sen Group, Italian Trade Agency, or the VN-US Friendship Association, as well as travel services for students like yearly cultural exchange programmes for University of Pittsburg and Sea Semester programme students.
